One of the great things about hiring Peaches Vintage Caravan Bar for your DIY wedding or Event is that you save money on your beverage bill (IE.. your not going to get stung with a huge alcohol bill that not everyone has even used) AND you get to buy the alcohol that YOU like and is tailored specifically for you and your guests… winning!
Peachy tips to consider… The aim is to keep your guests feeling Peachy without them getting too Peached!!
WHAT TYPE OF ALCOHOL DO I BUY?
We recommend buying 3 types of beer: a Craft beer, a mid and a light
2 white wines: a Sauvignon Blanc & Chardonnay
1 Sparkling
A Rosé or Processo is also a great choice (especially in those summer months!)
2 reds Pinot & Shiraz
If your wanting to treat your guests PEACHES suggests having a Cocktail hour before the reception. Cocktails and Canapes are the perfect match!!

How many guess will be attending ?
How long will service be?
How many are big drinkers? Percentage of men to women, maybe not always correct!! But statistics do you show that men on average drink more than women.
How many are non-drinkers? Suggestion use our drink dispensers for a non alcoholic punch… we have found that guests also like to mix this with their bubbles to make a beautiful Mimosa.
Are most people driving to the venue or is there a designated transportation? Do you have water bottles arranged for those catching the bus?
Elderly guess may not drink as much as your friends… would you like us to set up a tea and coffee station?
Think ‘seasonal’, if it’s summer you’re much more likely to go through much more beer and white wine as opposed to hitting the Reds in winter.
The main thing to remember is that you know your guests, sit down and have a think about your guests and make a list from there.
MOST MOST Importantly Choose what YOU like This is your special day and we endeavour to assist you in making not The Best Day Ever!!
Research you will most likely read will advise one drink per person per hour but let’s face it we know that may not be true for every guest! We advice to factor in at 2 drinks per person for the first 2 hours ESPECIALLY if it’s a hot summer’s afternoon. Those beers are going to go out faster than we can open them!!
